Lone Star Auto Dealers Puts All The Pieces Together!

The Texas Department of Insurance allows employers in similar business to form safety groups to provide better options and to help reduce their workers' compensation insurance premium. In 1999 Lone Star Automobile Dealers Association Safety Group was formed. LSADA then partnered with Texas Mutual Insurance Company, the states leading provider of workers' compensation insurance, to provide this service for our members of the Auto, Truck, RV, Boat & Motorcycle Dealership industry.

LSADA services and loss prevention programs are specialized for your dealership needs.  We offer expert claim and loss prevention services, onsite job inspections, year round training seminars exclusively for our members, policyholder workshops and access to an online safety resource center. Our specialized safety services help you control cost and manage your safety issues and get the results that you expect to receive.

 

Workers' Compensation Coverage is still the only insurance available that provides full medical & disability benefits for injured workers and legal protection for our dealership members.

LSADA members automatically receive a 10.9% premium discount regardless of premium size. 

With the help of LSADA, members can adopt a safety plan developed specifically for the dealership industry and they are potentially eligible to participate in the Texas Mutual Group and Individual dividend programs. 

Members may also be eligible to participate in a workers' compensation health care network option. Most earn an annual network premium discount in addition to the group discount.

	Eligible policyholder members lower their premiums up to 12% with the workers' comp health care network option.
	The new network option gives members what they demand more control over workers' comp cost.
	Doctors within the network who understand workers' comp injuries and experienced case managers to help employees get the care they need and return-to-work sooner.
	Improve the overall safety of the group and to provide a safer working environment for all employees specifically members of LSADA.
